OZ International Investment engaged Colab Design Group to deliver a full office fitout for its Sydney team, transforming a commercial tenancy into a modern workplace reflecting the company’s brand and professional presence. The space needed to support executive offices, boardrooms, meeting rooms and collaborative workstations, while maintaining a cohesive design and a distinctive reception area to create a strong first impression.

The result
Colab delivered a full design-to-build office fit-out, from 3D concept through to fabrication and installation. A custom reception counter inspired by the angular geometry of the OZII logo became the focal point, complemented by a CNC-cut tessellated feature wall that added depth and visual impact.
The space included fitted boardrooms, meeting rooms, a director’s office, open-plan workstations with custom partitions, and a bespoke kitchenette. The result was a refined, cohesive workplace that supports collaboration, productivity and a strong professional brand presence.
