I’ve booked an exhibition booth and would like it customised – what’s next?

Great – that’s where we come in.

To create a fully customised stand, your booking will typically need to be a “Space Only” site. This gives us the flexibility to design and build a bespoke environment tailored to your brand, rather than being limited to a shell scheme package.

We regularly design and deliver small (2×3m) through to medium-sized (6×6m) branded booths, managing everything from concept and technical planning to construction and on-site installation.

Once you share your floorplan, event details and objectives, we’ll guide you through the next steps and develop a design that maximises your presence on the show floor.

What exhibition centres do you work with?

We’ve delivered expo booths and stands across Australia’s leading exhibition and event venues, including ICC Sydney, Sydney Showground, Carriageworks, Sydney Masonic Centre, MCEC Melbourne, Melbourne Showgrounds, Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and premium venues such as Hilton Sydney and Doltone House.

We do.

With years of experience across major trade shows and venues, we manage organiser approvals, engineering documentation, power applications, rigging coordination and AV requirements on your behalf.

Our established relationships with show organisers and trusted production suppliers help streamline the process, ensuring your stand is compliant, technically sound and ready for show open – without the stress.

Can the exhibition booth be reused for future shows?

Yes – many of our stands are designed with reusability in mind. We can incorporate modular and adaptable components so your booth can be reconfigured for different spaces and events.

We also offer secure warehouse storage between shows and can manage logistics, freight and delivery when you’re ready to exhibit again, whether stored with us or at your own facility.
