We partnered with Polite Playground to launch the “Let’s Put Fitness First” campaign at Westfield Sydney, Pitt Street Mall – one of Australia’s busiest retail destinations. The activation needed to recreate a real gym experience within a high-traffic retail environment, while remaining safe, structurally compliant and visually impactful. It also needed to encourage participation, spark competition and capture attention from passing shoppers during the high-profile launch supported by Olympic Gold Medallist Noémie Fox OAM.

Transforming retail foot traffic into an immersive fitness brand experience.

In collaboration with Scentre Group Brandspace, we managed the full production, structural engineering and build, transforming the space into a gym-inspired activation with bold Fitness First branding, rubber gym flooring and engineered equipment designed for a public retail environment. Features included a wall-mounted pull-up bar, interactive wall-sit challenge, countdown timers, brass victory bell and a 55” live leaderboard screen, supported by a concealed walk-in storeroom for seamless operations.

The result was a high-energy fitness arena that drew strong foot traffic, encouraged shoppers to compete on the leaderboard and created a memorable brand moment at Westfield Sydney.
