Mirvac engaged Colab Design Group to create a brand activation for LIV Albert, its Build-to-Rent development in Brunswick, at the Sydney Road Street Party, a vibrant festival attracting tens of thousands of visitors. The activation needed to stand out in a busy outdoor environment while showcasing the LIV Albert lifestyle. It also had to function as a welcoming respite zone for festival goers and their dogs, encouraging visitors to pause, recharge and engage with the Mirvac team while generating leads within a compact marquee space.

A community-first activation connecting locals with the LIV Albert lifestyle.

Colab delivered the full design concept, production, equipment, installation and on-site execution, transforming the marquee into a welcoming pet-friendly lounge that encouraged festivalgoers to step in and relax. Artificial turf flooring, shaded seating and dedicated pet areas created a comfortable environment for both owners and dogs, with water stations and treats helping pets cool down during the busy street festival.

Branded graphics and lifestyle imagery showcased the LIV Albert development, while a digital screen and QR code sign-up points enabled the Mirvac team to capture leads and start conversations with visitors about the new rental community.

The result was an inviting activation that naturally attracted foot traffic, increased dwell time and created meaningful engagement, successfully positioning LIV Albert as a vibrant new rental community in Brunswick.
